Return Policy

If you change your mind for any reason within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, please let us know by emailing [email protected] (Please quote your Order number and attach the receipts of proof of purchase) and we will exchange it, issue a credit or refund you. The cost of returning the order will be at your expense

You must return the items within 7 calendar days of delivery and are required to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession such that they are returned to us in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. 

If your wine is not what you ordered please let us know within 7 days and we will arrange for the collection of it and re-despatch of a replacement order. There will be no additional carriage expense in this instance. 

If you are eligible for a return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

We take special care to ensure your goods are packed safely and securely, using approved packaging but occasionally and unfortunately, some breakages or damage can occur. Any damage to the order that has occurred during transit must be reported to us as soon as possible on receipt of the goods. If there is visible damage on delivery, this must reported to the courier. All goods must be examined and we must be notified by email ([email protected]) of any breakages immediately and no later than 24 hours of signing for the order. We may ask you to send us photos of the damage before further action is taken.

Corked & Faulty Wines

From time to time, we all find the odd faulty bottle, if this does happen then please let us know straight away and retain the bottle plus stopper and contents, so that we can arrange for it to be returned to us for examination.  

  • If we verify that a wine (under £50 Duty Paid) you buy from us is corked or otherwise faulty we will issue a credit on return of the bottle in question.
  • Please note that faulty wines can only be returned and credited up to 15 days from your receipt of order. If you suspect a problem, reseal the wine in the bottle and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Wine (£50+) is not covered by this policy and is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
  • If you suspect a problem, reseal the wine in the bottle and contact us within 48 hours. 
  • All credits for corked or otherwise faulty wine are issued at our sole discretion.
