We use a DPD fulfilment service. You will receive a tracking number via email and/or via text message if you provide a mobile number with your order.

Free Next Day Delivery (‘Express Delivery’) – offered as standard to all mainland UK postcodes for orders over £100 that are placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. We achieve a 97% success rate on deliveries arriving the following working day.

DPD has some great green initiatives and is committed to reducing carbon emissions whilst providing excellent service delivery.

DPD sends an email to keep you up to date with their delivery:

• DPD sends 1 email the night before the delivery date which includes the ‘in flight’ options
• the customer is able to amend their address, or delivery time slot, whilst their order is out for delivery. 
• The ‘inflight’ options are as follows: press 1) to redeliver 2) to another address 3) collection point 4) change time etc and if they don’t press anything it goes out as a normal next day delivery
• DPD sends the customer an email when the order has gone out for delivery.
